74. मज्जा-अस्थि-मेद-पल-रक्त-चर्मन्-त्वक्-आह्वयैः with bone marrow, bone, fat, flesh, blood, outer skin and inner skin एभिः these धातुभिः ingredients अन्वितम् comprised of पाद-उरु-वक्ष-भुज-पृष्ठ-मस्तकैः feet, thigh, chest, arm, back and head अङ्गैः primary limbs उपाङ्गैः secondary limbs उपयुक्तम् joined अहम् I मम mine इति thus प्रथितं famous शरीरं body मोहास्पदं locus of delusion स्थूलम् gross इति thus ईर्यते declared बुधैः by the people who know the reality (The body which is famous as 'I and mine', which is made with the ingredients bone marrow, bone, fat, flesh blood, outer skin and inner skin and which is joined with the limbs and secondary limbs like feet, thigh, chest, arm, back and head, which is a locus of delusion, is declared as 'gross' by the people who know the reality.)
75. नभः the space नभस्वद् air दहनः fire अम्बुः water भूमिः earth सूक्ष्माणि subtle भूतानि elements भवन्ति are तानि they परस्परांशैः with the parts of each other मिलितानि coming together भूत्वा having become स्थूलानि gross च स्थूलशरीरहेतवः cause of the gross body मात्राः pure form तदीयाः of them विषयाः the objects शब्दादयः like sound etc पञ्च five सुखाय for the enjoyment भोक्तुः of the enjoyer (The five subtle elements are the space, air, fire, water and earth. Coming together with the parts of each other and having become gross, they become the cause of the gross body. In their pure form, they become the five objects like sound, etc. for the enjoyment of the enjoyer.)
76. ये those एषु in these मूढाः fools विषयेषु objects बद्धा bound रागोरुपाशेन by the strong rope of attachment सुदुर्दमेन which is very difficult to snap आयान्ति come निर्यान्ति go अधऊर्ध्वम् up and down उच्चैः great स्वकर्मदूतेन by the escort of one's own karma जवेन speed नीताः carried (Those fools who are tied to these sense-objects by the strong rope of attachment, which is very difficult to snap, come and go to the spheres of experiences, carried by the powerful escort of their past action with great speed.)
